The type of personal information we may collect

We only collect and process the following information if you provide it direct & for specific service reasons; upon your request:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
  • Organisation details (for example, device, data or employee counts for trial service and quotation purposes)
  • IP address of website visitor (for use with tools within the site itself)


How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To request quotation, trial or service activation.
  • To engage contact with our service teams and request assistance
  • To sign up to newsletter or blogs
  • We DO NOT store any collected data in our website or web servers

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • We may Adopt clients from our partner network where a previous provider is unable to deliver a service.
  • Word of mouth and chat directly/indirectly via electronic communications

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Provide you with the information and services requested
  • Activate licenses, services and contracts as requested
  • Provide support and exceptional service
  • To engage contact with our service teams and request assistance

We may share this information with only the partners relevant to the service being delivered; and only for service delivery. All 3rd parties comply with UK GDPR data processing laws and are ISO/ICO compliant   

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting [email protected] 

(b) We have a contractual obligation. By providing software and service under contract we are required to maintain records.

(c) We have a legal obligation. Where unlawful activity may have occurred and legal obligations apply, we are obviously bound by UK laws

(d) We have a vital interest.

(e) We need it to perform a required task.

(f) We have a legitimate interest.

 
How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in PCI compliant data centres in the UK and Europe. Our partners may store data in other regions but all to regulatory compliance and inline with UK legislation.

We keep some personal information for 6 up to months post interaction, if no further service or request comes through. We will then dispose your information by removing PII from any and all records using our own GDPR Compliance tools


Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
